6. Returns & Refunds

As an EU customer you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. At Sirela, we voluntarily extend this window to a generous 30 days. If a full-price product isn't right for you, we'll refund you in full and you don't need to send the product back. Refunds are honored once per customer, and certain items — including products purchased with a discount code (such as WELCOME30) and bundle sets (including The Longevity Ritual) — are final sale.
