Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive the product. At Sirela, we extend this to a generous 30 days — and we make it as simple as possible.
How our refund works
If a full-price product isn't right for you, email hello@sirela.se within 30 days of delivery with your full name and order number. We'll refund you in full to your original payment method — and you don't need to send anything back. Keep the product, or pass it on to a friend if it doesn't suit your skin.
We honor this policy once per customer. If you have previously received a refund from Sirela, subsequent orders are considered final.
Refund timing
Once we confirm your refund by email, we process it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days and no later than 14 days.
Final sale items
The following purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Any product bought with a discount code, including WELCOME30 and any other promotional codes.
- Sets and bundles, including The Longevity Ritual.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items, unless faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@sirela.se within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description, and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return anything.
